After obtaining the licence of CRISPR Detection (CDetection) technology from Chinese Academy of Sciences, SynsorBio has further developed the technology to integrate simultaneous target pre-amplification with CRISPR/Cas12b-mediated detection into a one-pot reaction mixture, which we named as one-step CDetection technology. The one-step CDetection technology has been applied for Chinese and International patents. With this proprietary technology, SynsorBio has been developing rapid nucleic acid detection kits, such as Nucleic Acid Detection Kits for SARS-CoV2 and other respiratory pathogens, which can run with automation equipment to achieve high throughput performance for pathogen detection. 

SynsorBio also provides a total solution for next generation sequencing (NGS) sample preparation, covering the entire processes from sample extraction, library preparation, purification and quantification. Besides kit products, SynsorBio will soon release an one-stop library-prep platform to automate the whole NGS library preparation, which can be flexibly combined with washing and hybridization module, making the complex NGS library preparation in an easy and rapid manner.
