SynplSeq DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a DNA library preparation kit targeted for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. One can simply start from various double-stranded DNA, such as extracted or purified genomic DNA, fragmented DNA and polymerase amplification product DNA, etc. After DNA fragmentation (optional), end repair, A-tailing and ligation, the kit can be used for PCR amplification to obtain NGS libraries which are suitable for illumina sequencing platforms rapidly and efficiently.
